| I've kept lots of fish outdoors in the summer until early October. I have never used heaters outside. I usually use filtration outside. You can keep fish outside without filters if you have large tanks or containers with lots of plants. Hope this helps. |

| I'm planning on attending. Bought some neat stuff (chandelier, slag glass lamp, houseplants) at last years auction. Good selection of fish and plants. Lots of used tanks. Buyers delight. |

| Thanks to everyone who showed up at the auction and helped make it another successful NJAS event. There was a large variety of fish available. Special thanks to Mike (Spooky Fish) for bringing in lots of african cichlids. |

| The heck with feeder goldfish. Stock the pond with daphnia. You will have a constant supply of live food. The pond could be a gold mine. LOL! |

| Cheap canister filter. If something goes wrong with it you probably won't be able to find replacement parts. Stick with proven canisters like eheim, fluval, rena xps. |
